U.S Politics: Stupid Is The New Cool

The great 1800’s German author and statesman Johann Wolfgang von Goethe once stated, “Nothing is as terrible to see as ignorance in action”. I do believe that he would be more than deeply sadden at the political and social culture present in today’s America. We have two political parties who at the top seemingly differ little in ideology. Unfortunately that ideology goes counter to the fundamental principles of the Founders of the nation; that of limit government led by Judeo-Christain principles. Coupled with a populace that appears to be more engaged with what is going on with the Kardashians than what’s going with the Clinton’s, the Trumps, or the Obama’s, things look to become more worrisome for the nation.

We have become too numb to late night comedians and commentary analyst doing street surveys of the average citizens knowledge on basic American history and civics, from who won the Revolutionary War to who is the President of the United States, and barely 4% knowing the correct answers. And to many it is a joke, a laughing matter. I dare say that only a couple of generations ago this would have been shameful and embarrassing. Its become acceptable and cool to not know consequential or non-frivolous matters today. The traditional American drive to be exceptional, to be the best, and to be knowledgeable of the most basics of the nation’s history and civics, has been all but marginalize as though it were vinyl records or family dinners at the table. We are being dumbed down as a nation. Standards throughout our society and culture are being lowered to the lowest decibel. The reverence for our culture has too diminished greatly. It starts with the government educational system placing more emphasis on protecting esteem, via political correctness, and indoctrinating cultural secularism, rather than teaching the 7 sciences and American civics.

The Citizens of the United States have twice elected a man who was never publicly pressed on his affiliation with Marxist/Socialist persons, such as Frank Marshal Davis and Saul Alinsky, or his preference to Marxist ideology that he openly expressed in his own books and speeches. Not to mention his being less than honest in his presentation of his agenda establishing single-payer healthcare, via Obamacare, and “fundamentally transforming” this nation. But, he speaks well. He is young and hip. And lets not forget that he is the first true African-U. S Citizen to become President. What else could matter?  We really need to get down to the truth about Tom Brady and that deflated football, eh!

Out of the entire Democrat Party it could only get an unapologetic Socialist, Barney Sanders, and another Alinsky disciple Hillary Clinton, who too has demonstrated a severe aversion to the truth; regarding her “lost papers” at Rhodes Law Firm, her public Benghazi Attack narrative, of it being due to a little known YouTube video, and with her unlawful “private” email system as Secretary of State, to run for the Presidency. Really?! Can it be little wonder that the Democrat Party has strategically scheduled few debates to showcase their prime candidates and placed them on the weekends? During the debates they can only argue which one can grant the citizenry more tokens from the treasury, that will have to be borrowed from our enemies. Thus leaving the nation as a whole more financially destitute and unsafe. But hey, the government can print more money. Right? It’s all about me and mine today. No worries. Right?

And as for the Republican side, they have a twenty-time billionaire TV personality with an extreme inferiority complex, much like Mr. O, to head line it’s Party’s Presidential Candidates line, Donald Trump. And like Mr. O, he presents a catchy campaign line, “I’ll Make America Great Again!” He’s extremely vague on policy specifics-the how. When challenged, he seeks to personally attack and destroy the challenger, rather than defend his position on the substance or merit. And he too has developed a massive cult-like following of enablers, defenders, and people who just want to be a part of the show. Kinda Alinsky-like,hmm?.  The issue of character, moral governance, or whether of not one can actually govern as mandated by the Constitution, and is qualified to be the representative of the people of America is seemingly irrelevant to too many of the populace today. We do not care. Trump is hip, vociferously demonstrative as he says what many feel has gone publicly unspoken within politics.  And he has good hair. What else does one need to be the President of the United States today? Right?

Hosea 4:6 says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because thou hast rejected knowledge,…” Too many of us no longer want to know anything, but that which is easily understandable, frivolous, convenient, superficial, or trivial and most important fun. One can leave a stack a books related to politics, finances, history, and religion on the streets of many of America today and it would be untouched next week.  While arguably 75% of the population is financially illiterate, do not know the proper functions of the 3 Branches of the U.S government, can not tell you who fought in the War of 1812, and believe that religion is measured on moral equivalency.  Confining learning between the school walls is cool today. This has become acceptable. But this phenomena doesn’t just happen. Where people wantingly begets wanting knowledge. It starts in the educational system. It is edified through the Entertainment and Establishment Media complex. And then it is enabled in the homes and churches.

Founding Father Benjamin Franklin prophetically warned, “A nation of well informed men who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the region of ignorance that tyranny begins.”

If we as a nation wantingly continue to only be knowledgeable of matters of triviality, thus surrendering knowledge of matters of importance and consequence, and the responsibility that comes, to someone else, or the government, we can not expect to free.

 

 

 

10 Stories You Were Not Meant To Care About In 2015

Here we are at another end of another year where as we look in the rear view mirror,  we see that there were A LOT of events that we missed. More importantly, events they were purposely de-emphasized by the Establishment US Media.

 

  1. The US Dollar is on the greased path of being replaced as the world’s reserve currency by the Communist nation of China. The Chinese Yuan is admitted to the basket of reserve currencies by the IMF.
  2. Despite how much the Media tells us how “robust” the employment rate is, there are historically more Americans not working – over 90 MILLION.
  3. If you are feeling economically suppressed, it’s not your imagination. America now ranks #16 – below Singapore, UAE, and Georgia in economic freedoms.
  4. The probable Democrat Presidential nominee has a BIG big problem that the Media strenuously do not want the politically uninitiated to know, Hillary is under federal investigation for purposely mis-handling her emails as State Secretary.  What a great President she’d make, eh?
  5. If Hillary were a Republican this would be front page and regurgitated daily on the Big Three News channels ad nauseam. Congressional Hearings get Hillary to admit that she blatantly lied about the early reports of the Benghazi attacks.
  6. It was not just the Democrats who raised the debt on the people in the Budget Deal of 2015. Republicans instrumental in raising debt burden on the posterity of America.
  7. The Syrian refugee “crisis” is a product of Obama’s foreign Mid East policy– from the Egyptian and Libyan coup d’états, to the military vacuum in Iraq and inspired coup d’état of Syrian leader Assad.
  8. Obamacare is doing everything other than what is was promised to the American people it would do. GAO reports that Obamacare will rise 14% for 2 out of 3 users in 2016.
  9. If you think that Christians are taking it hard by the Media here in America, we’re getting no luv by the US Media in the birth-place of Christendom. America is silent on the Christian genocide in the Middle East.
  10. Isn’t it interesting that the Media finds Herculean energy to report when a conservative such as the Koch brothers are supporting a conservative politician or cause? But it seems to be completely unenthused when it comes to reporting when someone like mega-liberal George Soros is funding “Black Lives Matters”.

As events around the world and within the nation happen at more quickening pace that have an impact on our lives it becomes more imperative that we the People receive information that we can trust to be true in order for us to make the best decisions.  It would be a great help if the elected officials work harder to create educational systems that stress the 3 R’s rather than political correctness and secularism, so that we can be comprehend and decipher events; Encourage economic conditions that  inspire businesses to freely create and invest their capital and create jobs, so that America can become a world beacon for economic development; Become economically solvent so not to be financially prostituted, so the government doesn’t have to surrender our nation’s economic jewels due to its lack of integrity;  and stand on the Judeo-Christian principles upon which this nation was founded.  But if the people do not demand this from the government creatures, then we get the government that we get.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mr. Obama, the Chief Of Plausible Deniability.

The brewing scandal involving the federal government’s Veterans Administration is an culmination of so many different stories, not the least of which is the depiction of someone who is currently occupying the office of the President of the United States being totally incompetent. But for matters having to do with the reformulation of this nation into one being socially divided, economically destitute, or in which expands the federal government’s role into the lives of the American people, Mr. Obama is on point and takes no prisoners.

??????????Just as with other scandals of this Administration such as, the IRS targeting groups and American citizens of the conservative political persuasion, Obamacare not allowing citizens to keep their doctors as he [Obama] personally repeatedly stated otherwise, the covert operation of transferring guns to Mexico [Operation Fast and Furious], the sacking of the U.S Consulate in Libya, and the subsequent killing of the Ambassador and 4 service personnel and then blaming an American citizen and his You Tube movie, and the downing of the military helicopter carrying members of SEAL Team 6 in Afghanistan, who’s credited with the capture of Osama Bin Laden, etc, Mr. O has perfected the playbook of Plausible Deniability.

Obama’s impersonation of Hogan Hero’s Sgt. Schultz, “I know nothing, I know nothing, I know absolutely nothing”, has no rival in recent time of anyone who has occupied the Office. His patented formula is first to deny ever knowing of the occurrence. Second, empathize with the American people. Third, say that he is going to get the bottom of the situation/seek a fall guy. And then get the Establishment Media to take the issue off the front pages and minimize the issue as quickly as possible. Classic! All the while his guards and surrogates are taking and deflecting the arrows, he escapes the fallout, seemingly unscathed. And to too many he’s the hero or the victim, never the instigator or creator of the disturbance or crisis.

If this was your 6 year old being questioned about who ate the last cookie from the cookie jar this may be humorous. But this is the man in the seat of the Presidency of the United States who has made an art form of being conveniently dumb on matters of the most importance to the American people; and of which matters the leader of the Executive Branch and Armed Forces should have full knowledge of. If for all of these critical moments of this Administration Mr. Obama has to go find out what happened, after it has happened, from someone else, maybe we should get that someone to sit in the seat. For evidently this position is too much for Mr. Obama. Or is it that there are some aspects of this position that just doesn’t interest him? He was famous for largely voting “present” during his very, very, very, brief time as legislator.

I can not think of any other position in the country in the private sector that such a production of incompetence and unaccountability of a CEO or department head would be so tolerated. But seemingly many citizens of the United States and of America are more concerned with whom the Lakers are going to draft or who’s on “The Price Is Right” than the fact the President is a liar. Because of each of the events mentioned, after claiming that he [Obama] had no knowledge of the issue in question, it was later revealed that he did have full knowledge. Usually with little or no fanfare or deep interest from the Media.

What’s most disturbingly interesting aspect is that Mr. O was slow to comment on any of these issues, but he could not speak quickly enough on the matter of a court case involving a single black youth shooting death, Treyvon Martin, whose accuser was later cleared, in Fla., or when an obscure basketball player announced he was gay, and he seems to have no trouble finding time to appear on ESPN to announce his Final 4 NCAA Basketball Brackets selection. Additionally, we all know that he is the biggest champion for illegal immigrants flooding into the nation. But for the nation’s military veterans and other relatively important national issues, such as the unsustainable government debt, the unprecedented number of Americans not working, and how the nation’s lowering standard of living  being a consequence of Obamacare, he dives into obfuscation, word manipulation, and blatant dishonesty.

In a recent poll most Americans honestly believe that Mr. Obama lies to us on important issues and many of us do not trust either the Congress nor the Establishment Media – those who are supposed to inform us when the government goes astray. Folks, this ain’t good for the future of our nation!

What is most astonishing is not that Mr. Obama and his Administration repeatedly and unabashedly lies to us, the citizens of America and of the United States, but that we allow it to do so with impunity.   This is the same guy who got re-elected by a majority of the voting citizenry for his final term.  Therefore he is unrestrained with concerns of being re-elected. The government is a reflection of us as a nation. How far are we as a supposed nation of free individuals continue to remain so when so many take no responsibility to be eternally vigilant of the government, that we have granted so much power and authority, and hold it to the highest expectation of ethics and accountability, and therefore takes no responsibility or accountability for ourselves?

The disgraceful scandal that is on stage in the nation’s capital that now so vividly shows how it can bring tragic harm and affliction to those who we claim to cherish and praise so much for giving so much of themselves to keep those who dare threatens our freedoms from outside [the military veterans].  Imagine how it [the government] will treat us, those who have surrendered so much of our supposed cherished freedoms? We have chosen the government that we have. May god have mercy on us.
